Purchase with Confidence
Buying a property is an exciting step, but it's important to understand exactly what you're signing before you commit. At Open Door Conveyancing, we're here to guide you through the process and make sure you can buy with confidence. Our aim is to make sure there are no unexpected surprises. We'll explain your rights and obligations, answer your questions, and give you practical advice before you sign.
With the right advice from the start, you can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence, knowing your interests are protected every step of the way.
Pre-Purchase Contract Review
Before you sign a Contract of Sale, it's a good idea to have it reviewed by an experienced conveyancer. The contract and Section 32 Vendor Statement contain important legal information that can be difficult to understand.
We'll carefully review these documents and explain everything in plain English. We'll check for any unusual conditions, risks, or issues that could affect your purchase, including settlement terms, easements, zoning, and any restrictions on the property.
If we find anything that needs clarification or changes, we can speak with the real estate agent or the seller's representative on your behalf.
